01Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → click the <> source icon → paste HTML → Save.

    
02Outlook (web): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste in the signature field. HTML is accepted directly.

    
03Superhuman: Settings → Signatures → HTML mode → paste.

    
04Apple Mail: Create a rich-text sig, quit Mail, find the sig file in ~/Library/Mail/, open with a text editor, replace the body content with the HTML.
